Pictures saved in IE?

Internet explorer do not save the .jpg image file, save only under the .wdp format.

What device are you using? I am able to save .jpg pictures on my Windows Phone or in my OneDrive account when I find pictures on websites using IE mobile.

I use Lumia 520 with wp8.1 cyan firmware.

I've just tried on my 520 and I get a saved .jpg file.

Is there a site you are trying to download a file from?

Image saved with name "C__Data_Users_DefApps_AppData_INTERNETEXPLORER_Temp_Saved Images_xxxxxx" not file name. Sometime saved file .jpg or .png.
Why .wdp?
