Why is Lumia 928 the last to get Windows Phone 8.1?

I had this phone since it came out many months-it has same problems as original Win8.
I should have stayed with my iPhone. Whty is Microsoft so slow and how can verizon deliver Win updates faster?

The 928 was only released by a single carrier Verizon. Most of the other devices were released by many carriers all over the world.

You can blame Verizon for this, not Microsoft. Microsoft submitted 8.1, but Verizon is still testing it. http://www.nokia.com/global/support...oftware-update/availability-in-north-america/

Icon doesn't have 8.1 either - it is Verizon. I was told by a store rep they are withholding the update until the HTC One for Windows launches, so all phones will have 8.1 at the same time..

We have 4 T-Immobile (pun intended) phones here ... 3 are active and not a peep about updates from T-Slow (another pun) about any update forthcoming.
