Video Rental

Hey Everyone,

I've been having an issue with xbox video rental in that the movie never downloads. It's not expired and would like a refund as this is happening to all video rentals on the device. Does anyone know how to get this functioning and how to contact MS about the issue?

That's the xboxone crew, they sent it over to the phone team and stopped billing. The issue still occurs and video rentals are not possible but whatever, I must have high expectations..
