Today (21/Aug/2014) my phone installed the latest update. seemed a happy day. later i dunno what happened, i see it restarting with the spinning wheel and it asks something about demo mode. i complete the wizard phone starts, not all functionality working properly (can't add contacts from email, cant add more than 1 email ) and apparent if I go to About it shows download more demo content. (so it is in demo mode

it erased everything of course as part of the reset.
What's done is done. I wept enough and lost all the data cuz backup only backs up the camera roll folder apparently.
Now, has anyone ever experienced a similar incident ? and where did i go wrong , did i press anything by mistake ? and why did it go to demo mode ? I have had several resets and updates but never a demo mode before.
