My Lumia 920 camera stop working after receiving cyan update

Plz help. I updated my Lumia 920 to cyan. After all done I found that my camera will not open .. Try everything soft, hard reset still the same. Even live chat with Nokia can't solve this. I use Nokia software recovery tool to rollback to Lumia black and my camera works fine.. When back to cyan the camera won't work.. So frustrating.. Plz help.

i just sign an acc.. so this is the problem after updating to cyan

I have the same problem with my 920. I tried every thing or "trick" that the internet told me but it wouldn't work. Hard reset to factory settings already but that was just a waste of time! I'm frustrated! It's a shame that the camera is broken on a Lumia!

Yup its depressing .. i decided to rollback to black n stop any update so that i can use my camera.. maybe if have a free time will go to NCC ask them to upgrade it to working order..:unhappy:

Settlings - About - Reset Phone worked dir me. Backup your photos, other app data if possible, wont get it back after reset.
