Does Lumia 630 have double tap to wake up?

is double tap to wake up is available for lumia 630? I've googled (in general for all lumias) and saw its under settings->touch, all i have there is navigation bar key(vibrate mode), is it somewhere else? also when i first booted the device i missed a few settings like reset phone wasn't available, switch to 3 rows of tiles wasn't available and password lock wasn't available, so i hard reset the device and i have those now, but unable to find double tap option. please help me, i really dont like hitting the power key to wake my device.
