No Cortana in the US with 1020 cyan update?

I updated to cyan a few days ago on my Lumia 1020 didn't get Cortana. I've tried everything the other forums say. Language(English us)text same thing. Microsoft account present. No Cortana plz help

Are speech settings set to English?
Do you *see* Cortana in the settings?

Location is on. everything is set to English U.S. Microsoft account is set up and on. can't find Cortana in system,applications, anywhere. Should I re-download cyan? How do you go back to stock settings and will this harm my storage ?
