[L920] Phone heats fast?

I have nokia lumia 920, and after WP update 8.1, cyan update, i have noticed that my phone is heating up faster than before. I am not even in an app, just looking some settings and stuff, and still heats up. It's not hot, but it's noticeable. And battery lasts less because of that. Has anyone noticed the same thing? Any solutions?

Im experiencing the exact same issue on my 925. After uninstalling all app then installing back several of them per day, no luck, couldn't find the main reason for the phone to heat up.
