Help needed with Speech problem

I just recently got the Cyan update. But the speech settings are not working.
Did everything to work it up but nothing is happening. All I get is an error "Sorry, speech failed to start. Try again later. (80045052)"

Me too! I just updated to cyan, and I'm getting the same error in Cortana! I'm on ATT L920 in the US.
