Hi,
I Have a Nukia Lumia 720. I have upgraded the phone to the 8.1 recently. For past 2 weeks I am facing problems with my phone. Below are the issue.
1. Phone gets restarted automatically for every 5 mins if it is Idle.
2.When ever i get a call, the screen freezes and i will not be able to answer. After few minutes, the device will restart and the recent call detail will not be available.
3. When I try to call, the screen freezes again showing Dialing screen even after the call gets connected. If I am lucky, i can complete the call ot it will restart while i was in cal it self.
4. When ever the device restarts, it will show the old notifications which i cleared already.
Please let me know what is the issue and suggested work around to avoid the frequent restart.
