Nokia Lumia 521 wi-fi calling

WPCentral Question

I got a Nokia Lumia 521 from Metro pcs yesterday afternoon and now whenever I send a text it says I have no service. How do I fixed this? I amin an area with wi-fi and this has never happened with any other devices in this house.
