Nokia lumia 1520.3 microphone not working

Whenever I make a phone call and try to speak to someone they always say they can't hear me I'm pretty sure it's my microphone.any suggestions beside calling nokia?
Btw it's on AT&T

Sounds like a Nokia Care call is required. Although power the phone Off and then after a few minutes On with no charger attached. And try a soft reset too if that doesn't help. Just in case it's something software based.
