Will i loose my warranty if chande my country to US for using Cortana ?

Hello Everyone !!

As i updated to Windows Phone 8.1 on my Nokia Lumia. Now i want to use Cortana in my Phone. As i live in India, i have to change region, keyboard to United Stated.....

My Query is that will i loose my warranty if i change my Country to US ?
