[L720] Resuming after pressing power button?

Whenever i unlock the phone by pressing power button in my Nokia Lumia 720 after windows phone 8.1 the resuming windows appears for 3 second before the lock screen appears. This is really annoying.
I had just done hard reset for making my music app work properly (thumbnails and duplication problem)
After hard reset I downloaded all apps and after 4 days this power button problem came. I tried searching for this but the thread was of developers preview, but mine is officially released update, still the problem persists

Are you using Live Lock Screen app? It does that resuming... thing

I had installed the Lockscreen beta app but uninstalled it in 5 minutes as I found it useless..
What may be other reasons for it?

Then activate Kids Corner for a second, then deactivate when you get a notification.
