Help! Best cheapest windows tablet under $300!!!!

Serious question here!! what's the cheapest best windows tablet to get?? Not counting the surface series!!! cause I want one badly! It has to have USB ports, hdmi hook up and GPS preferably! thanks

That's a LOT for under $300.

You probably will have to give up some spec to make that price...

Almost all sub-$300 tablets (new) are 8" ones. None have full-size USB (all have micro USB). Some have mini? micro? HDMI, and I have no clue about GPS.

There is the ASUS Transformer T100 that has a USB I think on the keyboard dock...

I think your best bet may be a secondhand tablet/previous generation one.
