Downgrade and upgrade to windows phone 8.1 and cyan

I am planning to downgrade and upgrade to WP 8.1 and Cyan. It was recently made available for Lumia 620 . I have started the download at 8:00 pm 25/08/2014 and it is downloading at 90.00 kBps. So I have the question when will it finish downloading and should I install it today itself.

The size is about 1,5gb so it will take quite long... As for installing it doesn't take more than 10 min. The upgrade via OTA depends on your network speed. But consider 1,5 hours.
