WiFi Calling enabled causes errors texting

I got an update Saturday since then if wifi calling is enabled and set to preferred ( usually is crappy reception in house ) then I am unable to send texts . If I turn the setting to cellular preferred and reboot the phone I am able to text without issue. Keep in mind I have to reboot to make the texting functional If I just change the setting from Wifi preferred to cellular preferred without reboot texting fails no specific error just cant send . These are SMS Texts carrier is metro Phone is Lumia 521 Windows 8.1 Devloper
