lumia 620--why can't I get Cyan update?

why I can't get cyan update in my luma 620 in india even I check everyday for update?but it still shows 'your phone is up to date'

Your L620 is in WP8 or WP8.1 Developer Preview version?

The DP version can't get the Cyan update for the Bitlocker problem, the only solution for this is downgrade to WP8 and then you can receive the Cyan firmware.

You need to downgrade your OS to Lumia black via nokia software recovery tool and then go ahead to settings and check for update. And to remind you, you have received the update 56 hrs ago in air.
I recommend that you take backups and download the Nokia software recovery tool from the nokia website. Search for this on google.

Its available for download via NSU. Not as an OTA update. You gotta have a lot of patience with these things.

I am too facing same issue. My phone too shows "phone is up to date".
I am running Lumia black (India).
I know I can use NSU or nokia software recovery tool, but it will erase all apps and I don't want to install them again.
Nokia/Microsoft pls understand internet data is not cheap here in India.
Does the OTA really works in India?
