Nokia Lumia 625 Mobile data switching on problem

I have bought a Lumia 625 and have upgraded it to Windows 8.1 also. I am actually facing a problem while switching on the mobile data. Most of the time its not getting active. I have to switch off the phone completely, then switch it on. Then its becoming active. Is this a problem with the phone or is it my phone in particular that is facing this problem?

Im getting full signal but not the arrow always resulting in delayed notifications. Someone said this is problem with Airtel network
