Not getting Notifications for WPCentral with WP8.1 w/ Cyan & Update 1

I'm using a Lumia 920 with WP8.1 (w/ Cyan) & Update 1 (devpreview) and I'm not seeing notifications for WPCentral new articles.
I've already made sure that background data is enabled in Battery Saver for the app.
Anyone experiencing this one? Anything I'm missing? Apologies if there's a post on it already as I couldn't see anything earlier.

In the Settings in the WPCentral app, do you have toast notifications turned on?

In your phone settings, under notifications+actions, check the settings for the WPCentral app and make sure Show in action center is on.

If everything is set right and it still doesn't work, try switching each setting off and back on - it might just need a little kick. A soft reset wouldn't hurt, either.

Forgot to mention that even when the WPCentral app toast notifications settings are on, I still could not see the app come up in the Notifications + Actions setting app list

Guess what! I've reinstalled the app and it's now back in the Notifications + Actions setting app list, woot!
