unable to update cyan for lumia 620

I am unable to update cyan update on my Lumia 620 even the support site shows that the update is available for India.��

Are you running the 8.1 developer preview? If so, you'll have to downgrade back to 8.0, and do the updates from there. This will delete all of your data, so make sure to make a back up from your phone first.
