iTunes Home Sharing equivalent?

Hello folks

I have been looking recently for a way to stream my music stored in my desktop PC to my WP8.1

With my iPad I can easily access my iTunes collection and stream directly from desktop, I guess it should be the same with iPhone.

I was wondering if Microsoft is offering something equivalent out of the box or if there is a third party app that could do that.
From a short research I ve seen Plex and Media Streaming - the first I didnt try the second sucks...
