cant access videos from sd card in xbox video after updating to windows 8.1 on Lumia 252

Have you gone to Storage Sense to set it up? It's in the app list.

Do you have you access to your photos?

Were you able to access the videos before? Are they the right format?

I'm assuming you meant Lumia 520?
