Lumia 1520 Touch hangs

I am using windows 8.1 on my 1520, but my touch hangs and recovers only on reboot. This is happening at least one time every day and irritating me.I didn't see the issue with windows 8.0. Hope somebody resolves this in next update.

I have the 1520 on ATT and I don't think I'm experiencing this issue but I'm not sure exactly what you mean could you describe the issue more clearly for me please?
