Changing Micro SD card. Apps saved in SD card. L520

So the question I have is how to change the SD card if my apps are saved in it. Kindly guide me.

Transfer out to the phone memory and then move them to the new sd card using storage sense.

Or just re-install from the store?

Plug your phone to the laptop. Copy all your apps to a folder in This computer. Remove your first sd card from your phone. Insert the new one into your phone. Copy the apps from the laptop to the new sd card. Go to Store, ... (menu) local apps, install them. Hope this helps.

I don't have enough space on my phone for all the apps, and I don't want to move (as it will take up huge Others space, which is impossible to recover). It doesn't matter to reinstall from store again. But how to safely remove all data from memory card related to my WP?
