App Corner Not Listed in Settings

Just upgraded my Lumia 1520 to 8.1.

There is no "Apps Corner" listed in settings. This is where it's supposed to be according to http://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/how-to/wp8/apps/share-apps-with-apps-corner?signin=true

Anyone run into this or know what the problem might be?

I already know for a fact that I'm on Windows Phone 8.1. I'm basing this on the "About Screen" and the fact that the social integration features I paid money for when purchasing this phone have been removed.

Are you running the 8.1 Cyan or the 8.1 Developer Preview Update 1? Apps Corner requires 8.1 Developer Preview Update 1. It won't work with just the 8.1 Cyan update.
