Change SD Card with DATA

Hi!! all,

I need to change my Existing 8GB SD card to a 16GB Card. but how do I move my existing data, games ,apps to my new SD Card with out reinstalling all ?

If you have enough space on your phone internal memory what you can do it using storage sense move all your apps and games from your SD card onto your phone. Then put in your new SD card and move all those apps and games back to the new card.

Actually I have only 1.8GB Space on my internal Storage and cannot move all app's on my SD card to internal memory. I have tried to clone my 8GB SD card and copy all data to 16GB...but as soon as I insert 16GB SD Card phone automatically delete all windows phone related data on new card
