Download apps using mobile data in Windows Phone 8.1

I updated to Windows Phone 8.1 in my Lumia 820. Since the update, it will not allow me to download any new apps over mobile data. Every app I try to download wants to use wi-fi. Earlier, I was able to download same apps over mobile data. How can I do that again? I'm not able to find any such settings to set mobile data as preferred connection.

Go in settings then to applications then to store and turn off "only get updates on wifi".

Its turned off already. I can update apps over mobile data but cannot install anything new
