Lumia 520 Touch Screen problem

Annoying problem, everytime I use my Lumia 520 after a short period of inactivity, the touch screen does not respond properly for about 10 minutes - can't scroll on web pages, wrong letters when composing text messages. After 10 minutes it works fine! Anyone any ideas?

Have you tried a Soft Reset?

Yes, I have tried both soft and hard resets.

Even I'm having the same problem and my double tap to wake up also isn't working.
