I've got Maxthon and UC 4.0 Preview set up. UC relatively new to me and Maxthon been using for years on desktop. P:

UC browser has the same - lets call it- "backend Code" as IE, actually all browsers and camera in the store have the same "backend Code" , only the layout changes.

Microsoft only lately allowed developers to code their own camera and web browsers "backend Code" apps.

Opera Mini runs off from a cloud based system so it won't necessarily use the IE engine

then, how is it sent from the cloud server to the device?
