Power drainage of phone battery

Hello admin Nokia, i'm Lumia 530 user n recently yur office so aggresive ask me to updrade to 8.1 from windows 8 via phone upgrade internet. Eventhough i'm happy but it won't last because i find the new processor consume more power than previous. At the same rate of comute my phone battery quite fast power drainage. Normally it can last in 3 or 4 days but now it can last in a day. So what is yur advive, tQ

First off, you most likely won't find Nokia employees here. And, you should really be looking to the Microsoft support forums anyway, since the Nokia D&S division has been bought by Microsoft, and it appears that this is a software problem.

Your Lumia 530 already came with Windows Phone 8.1, though. If you meant the Lumia 520, you might want to check your background processes (settings>battery saver), and pull off a soft reset, which is a long-press of both the volume down and power keys, or turn your phone off and back on again.
