Lumia 635 acting as wifi hotspot

I have Lumia 635 that is broadcasting a wifi signal that shows up on my Dell Venue 8 pro 8.1 as an access point named Nokia 521_116.
How can I turn this feature off on the 635? My T-Mobile phone plan does not allow sharing wifi and i do not want anyone to be able to use my wifi from my phone.

Settings -> Internet sharing.

There's a switch in there to turn it on/off

It is turned off but it is still broadcasting an access point named Nokia 521_116. However the Dell Venue 8 pro 8.1 cannot use it for internet access because windows 8.1 tablet says cannot setup internet sharing when you click Nokia 521_116. Hope this means no one else can access internet either via 635.
