Lumia 720 is not charging

when i used to charge my lumia 720 with my another charger .Last i put it on my w7 pc after it is not charging my mobile showing one battery picture and red mark and symbol of charging i used to charge the phone more than 2 hours. i am getting the same symbol of battery can you solve this

Are you using the cable that came with the Lumia 720 or another charging cable?

Does it charge if you use the wall charger rather than a USB port on your PC?
