I updated my HTC 8S Windows Phone to 8.1 in Developers Preview 2 months ago. Today I performed a hard reset because the phone was lagging a bit.
After the reset i am not able to retrieve my contact as the Microsoft/Outlook account is not able to Sync. It shows Error Code:80004005
I did reset my phone again but the problem persists. everything is at the right place Region, language, Time. I tried switching to another wi-fi connection even did reset my phone 3 times, but nothing helps.
Does anybody has a solution for this. Since all my contacts are on Outlook server all I have now is an empty contact list.
