Not receiving BBM or Whatsapp notifications wp 8.1?

Do you have problems with Lumia BBM and Whatsapp notifications? I don't receive any one...

I do receive but after an eternity, don't know why this happens. Whatsapp is okay sometimes but BBM is worst. BBM doesn't work over Wi-Fi and I always I have to go over 3G and get connected.

Whatsapp notifications have stopped for me too since a day. Earlier to that ot was working perfectly fine. No idea about BBM as I do not use it.
