Does Windows Phone 8 not have Xbox Music streaming?

I have a Windows 8 PC and a Windows Phone 8 (both up to date) and everything is under the same account and everything, but on Windows Phone when I go to Xbox Music and go to Radio.. It says "This action is supported for signed in subscribers only." while there is a loading bar at the top loading forever. Is this the streaming feature, or is it completely different? If it isn't, how do I access Xbox Music streaming?

It works perfectly fine on my computer. Thanks.
