HELP! I accidentally unsynced my camera roll album!

I was syncing my music to my phone from the computer and I forgot to uncheck the sync photos, videos, podcasts, etc. since I like to do that manually, so I unchecked them and clicked the sync button. I didn't think it would remove all my photos in the camera roll. Is there a way to get them back? I really want them back.

Normally when you sync your phone via a Windows laptop it creates a folder in your pictures library titled From (insert name of your phone), check there to see if your photos are present. If so you can sync them back, worse case scenario if you have OneDrive auto back-up going you will have to download all of the pictures from there.

There's no folder in my computer and I never synced my photos to anything. Does this mean I lost my photos?

If you don't have a folder synced with said photos and you have not used OneDrive cloud backup I would assume yes.
