.... if you press the volume up or down buttons before answering the call.
Would this be by design or is it a bug?
I own both an 820 & 925 models, on two different Irish networks.
Both models have recently received the Cyan update and both models exhibit the same problem.
The next incoming call rings at the same original volume.
It seems that by pressing either volume buttons causes the phone to go into mute mode and a soft reset does not solve this issue.
