viber push push notifications late for 20 minutes

viber push notifications on my Nokia Lumia 1020 windows 8.1 are late for 20+ minutes and I cannot recive viber calls at all. Also my status is OFFLINE as soon as I exit the app. even though I allowed running in background in my battery saver...anyone can help?

I noticed some problems with notifications too the past few days. I am impatiently waiting for them to release the big update with new UI and such because this is crap.

Me too also have problems - other people cannot call me even they are in the same Wi-Fi network!!

Viber team claim, that it's Microsoft's fault. When I asked about explanation on how come Skype, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are not having this problem and work fine, they remained silent and closed the support ticket.

I asked the same, and they replied "we're not sure how Skype works".

Although the issue seems to be resolved. Now I'm getting notifications on time mostly.
What about you guys?
