Lumia 920 back button closing app even after updating WP 8.1

Hey any one knows if there is any setting which will make not to close app after pressing back button... I have updated to Windows phone 8.1 but still when pressing back button it closes apps.. How I can stop it

Same here. I don't think that's a glitch though. The only app that stays open when I press "Back" is the Calendar. All others seem to close.

for me also only calendar is not closing , any one knows why

In new update, back button action is given to the app developer. So he could decide whether to close app or keep in background. Nothing buggy..

Long Tap (hold) the Back Button and go to card view... Scroll through open apps (left or right swipe), tap the one you want and it goes full screen... Dismiss (close) the ones you don't want by swiping the card off the top or bottom of the screen or by tapping the "X" in the upper right corner...

Except some apps (including Here Maps) do not close down properly when closed that way and some (like BBC iPlayer Radio) continue to be a drain on the battery unless closed down by backing out the long way by repeated taps on the Return key.
