nokia lumia 520 strating problem

hi my nokia lumia 520 phone switch off after discharge battery now i am trying start but phone is starting very well but not display any thing.

i can feel charging vibration and also touch key vibration but not display any thing....
pls ans as soon as possible my very important document on phone and at this time i cant connect with pc

You may try a soft reset ( power + volume down for 10 sec until phone automatically restarts ). See if that helps.
