Task Manager Integration

Why isn't there a task manager like the one in android phones? Can we expect MS to integrate a task manager in Windows phones in future?

Task manager is invoked by holding the back button, open apps are listed there, close as required.

I'm not talking about that. What I'm mentioning is something that shows any app's usage of memory (RAM), etc,. like the one in an android phone
