my lumia 925 stuck on nokia logo

please help me my lumia 925 is stuck on nokia logo and it won't start no matter what I tried, I've tried everything (soft rest, hard rest and nokia recovery tool) still it won't solve the problem.

I got the same issue, did you able to find any solution. in my case it shows battery sign with question mark and then suddenly off. i have checked my battery voltage is 3.84. seems normal.
