Last night I actually restarted both my 1020 and 1520. Additionally, I restarted my sister's iPhone 5.

However, I usually restart only when swapping SIM and for a very finicky app on my 1520.
That frequency equates to approximately once every two weeks.

I restart my mobile once in a week...coz I m getting notification problem for one or two apps...especially wpcentral...

I do a soft reset at least twice a month because at times games lag and sometimes apps don't respond appropriately. I restart my phone once a month so that it works faster.

That's weird, I rarely reset my WP.

Once a week normal restart. Once (or max twice) soft reset every month to clear up temp files, non-responding apps/games, and if there's some glitch/freeze/odd battery behavior.

I only reboot or soft reset if I'm having weird data issues that Toggling data on/off wont fix.
