Contacts not syncing from outlook account after upgrading to 8.1

Hi,
I have lumia 720. I have upgraded to 8.1. The contacts are not syncing from people(online). I am able to see the contacts when i login into people online. I

had an issue in updating to 8.1. So i went to Nokia care, They formatted and re-installed 8.1. When I go to email sync options, it only shows email sync option. I tried all the suggestions given in the forums. None of them worked out. Its really annoying.

Me too: After upgrading to wp 8.1, my lumia 920 does not sync the tasks with the outlook on my computers. Thanks for any help!
