In App Purchases suddenly lost

Good morning all,

It seems my phone has suddenly "lost" it's in-app purchases.

For example: Blue Skies a weather app, where you purchase a Radar add-in in order to view the radar.

Since sometime yesterday evening I am unable to view/use any in app-purchases I've made in the past.

Nothing has changed on my phone since the occurrence. I've attempted to reboot my phone with no success.

I'm currently on a Lumia 1520, AT&T, 8.1 with Cyan update.

Go to app store then click on the 3 dots on bottom right corner. You will now be able to see your history and download them again
