Nokia Lumia 920 Touchscreen Issue

I have Nokia Lumia 920 and my touchscreen is work but don't responsive.
my volume on/off and camera buttons don't work to but this is another problem that i was can handle with until my touchscreen starts to unrenspone.

because the buttons don't work i can't do hard/soft reset.

what can i do?

If you are willing to experiment, you can try opening the Lumia 920 body using a Torc screwdriver (there are many how-to videos on YouTube) and try to remove and reinsert the battery to see if it solves the issue. Otherwise, you might have to take it to a Nokia Care centre for repairs as it could very well be a hardware issue.

i have try to unconnect the battery for a week twice.
the first try the phone work for a half minute and stuck again :/
in the second time this is not work at all

Try hard reset using the nokia tool
