Cracked Lumia 1520 Screen in Canada

Hey Guys

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I recently dropped my Lumia 1520 and it's in need of repair. I bough it on-line through Negri Electronics and they informed me that they would have to send it back to Hong Kong as it is an International Unlocked Version.

Can I send it to Nokia (North America) or Canada?

I am not sure what to do as they (Negri Electronics) said that repair time could be over 4 weeks start to finish.

Any help would be great.

There is no warranty coverage if I am not mistaken from Nokia in North America if you buy an overseas device. There is a warranty status app on the Microsoft Store for Nokia devices.

Personally, my only solution would be to drive to the States and get them to fix it, the. Again I live an hour from the border, I do now know what your situation is.
