Problems related to Apps, Network and storage

I have lumia 520 black with lots of troubles, Apps such as Whatsapp and hike which is not working properly, any time microsoft account collapse my all received calls, dialled calls and massages are not saved in history, videos cannot be shared, musics which were downloaded by apps like whatsapp are not seen in storage hence when we reinstalled it is deleted, i like windows since i took 520,please update with this world

My first instinct would be to try a factory reset from Settings>About>Reset your phone.

Sounds like you need to do a hard reset on your phone.

Be sure to back up everything prior to doing this as it wipes the phone clean.

Settings - About - Reset phone

That should clear up any issues.

Any reason why you're still on Black?
