Bugs after official lumia cyan and windows phone 8.1 official update

I first used windows 8.1 developer preview in my Lumia 720, then i downgraded to windows 8 and after that i updated lumia cyan and then updated to windows 8.1. please refer the attached image. after the update some issues are there in my phone

1. some times Wifi and Bluetooth is not responding, its working after phone reboot only.
2. touch sensitivity is not good as it before, while swiping from down to up the app which we touching is opened un-necessarily.
3. sometimes phone restarts automatically.
